At Webotriv, we strive to deliver high-quality IT, development, digital marketing, and support services to our clients worldwide. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable when a client requests cancellation or refund of services.

By using our services, you agree to this policy.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our services—most of which involve time, expertise, resource allocation, and digital deliverables—Webotriv follows a strict no-refund policy for work already initiated, processed, or completed.

However, cancellations may be accepted under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Cancellation Policy

A. Project-Based Services (Web Development, App Development, Branding, UI/UX, Cloud Setup, etc.)

A client may request cancellation:

  • Before the project has started → eligible for partial refund (as per Section 3).
  • After the project has started → no refund for work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • After delivery of any milestone → the milestone amount is non-refundable.
  • After final delivery or project completion → no cancellation is allowed.

B. Monthly or Retainer Services (SEO, SMM, SEM, Support, Maintenance, Lead Generation, etc.)

  • Cancellations must be requested 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Any amount already billed or paid is non-refundable.
  • Services continue until the end of the billing cycle.

C. Digital Marketing / Paid Advertising Campaigns

Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) cannot be refunded, as those payments go directly to the advertising platform.

D. Support, Hosting, or Subscription Services

  • Cancellation is permitted anytime, but fees already paid are non-refundable.
  • Hosting, cloud server, or third-party license fees are strictly non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered only if the following conditions are met:

A. Eligible for Partial Refund

A client may qualify for a partial refund only if:

  • Work has not yet started, and
  • No resources have been allocated, and
  • No research, planning, or preliminary work has been performed.

A minimum of 30% administrative & consultation fee will be deducted from the refund.

B. Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Work already completed
  • Time spent on documentation, research, planning, or design
  • Services delivered in part or in full
  • Delay caused by the client (lack of communication, late approvals, content delay)
  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Marketing or advertising performance metrics
  • Issues resulting from third-party platforms
  • Issues outside Webotriv’s control (server downtime, global outages, API failures)

C. Quality Disputes

If the client is dissatisfied with the quality:

  • Webotriv will review the issue
  • Offer reasonable revisions as per the service agreement
  • Refund requests will not be honored for subjective feedback such as preference changes or opinion-based dissatisfaction

4. Project Delivery Delays

Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by:

  • Client-side delays
  • Third-party provider issues
  • Dependency on external approvals
  • Unexpected technical complexity
  • Lack of feedback or content from client
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, internet outages)

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated:

  • All ongoing work will be immediately paused
  • Rights to delivered work may be revoked
  • Webotriv may take legal or collection action if the dispute is fraudulent

We encourage all clients to contact us first to resolve any concerns amicably.

6. Policy for Third-Party Fees

Payments made to third parties are non-refundable, including:

  • Advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Hosting providers
  • Domain registrars
  • Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Software licenses
  • Plugin/theme purchases
  • SMS/Email gateway credit

Webotriv cannot influence or reverse charges made to third-party vendors.

7. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Your request must include:

  • Full name / company name
  • Project/Service details
  • Reason for refund or cancellation
  • Date of purchase
  • Supporting documents (if any)

Webotriv will review the request and respond within 7 business days.

8. Policy Updates

Webotriv reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Changes will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
